What YUBAO is

YUBAO takes one question — usually a decision you are stuck on — and returns one direction, read through the Chinese lens of the I Ching. It gives you something to move on. It does not predict what will happen, and it is not therapy.

The short version

What it is
A direction for one question, read through the Chinese lens of the I Ching (周易).
What you get
One answer — go, wait, or look again — plus the reason it points that way.
What it costs
Free to ask. Membership is USD 10.99 a month.
What you need
Nothing. No account, no card, no birth date. Type a question.
What it is not
Not a prediction. Not therapy or a diagnosis. Not medical or financial advice.
Who runs it
Shenzhen Futian Yubao Internet Information Service Studio, Shenzhen, China.

How a reading works

  1. 1. You type one question. A decision, not a feeling — "should I take the offer", not "tell me about my life".
  2. 2. The cast gives a hexagram and a moving line.
  3. 3. You read one direction in plain words, and the reason it points there.

Common questions

Is this fortune telling?

No. YUBAO does not predict outcomes. It gives a moment a shape so you can look at it, and it offers a direction. For reflection and entertainment.

Is it therapy?

No. It is a cultural reading, not a diagnosis and not therapy. If you are in crisis, findahelpline.com lists real helplines near you.

Do I need an account?

No. The first screen takes a question. There is nothing to sign up for.

How is this different from a decision app or a journal?

Most tools help you think it through. YUBAO gives you something to answer to — one question, one direction — grounded in three thousand years of Chinese reading rather than a productivity framework.
